1.  Q:Can we get your free samples?

      A:Yes. Our Samples are free with no process for the customers.

2.  Q: What's your MOQ of spray bottle?

           A:Normally our MOQ of spray bottle is 10000pcs. For some common products, we have stocked. MOQ can be negotiated. 

3.  Q: Do you accept customized?

           A: Yes, we can provide ODM/OEM service.   

4.  Q:What's your Warranty?

      A:1) We have ISO9001 system certificate.

                  2) We can make sure product quality as samples or which you confirmed.

                  3) If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the  original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We can accept the claim from the samples or pictures what you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.

5.  Q:What is your shipping way?
      A:We have some long-term cooperation partners which they are very reliable. We are cooperating with them five years at least. And you can choose by sea, by air, or by express, etc.
